efweier.red:

when numerically evaluating epsilon_w and epsilon_w1 use the first terms of
the power series of the Weierstrass function about the periods w1, w3 and
w1+w3 to provide estimates of the derivatives near these points.

add three additional functions to give the quasi-period factors of the Zeta
function as functions of the invariants g2 and g3, plus a fourth function
which returns a list of these three values.

tighten up the code for the quasi-period factor eta_2 so that consistently
the three factors sum to zero (rather than eta_2=eta_1+eta_3 which occurred
in some places).

introduce rules for the cubes of the lattice roots e1, e2 and e3 replacing
the rather inelegant rules involving the square roots of certain cubic
expressions of the roots. This improves the format of the power series
expansions of the Weierstrass and Zeta functions about omega1, omega2 and
omega3.

ellipfn.tex: Additions to the manual pages to document the new features.

ellipfn.rlg: Change in one result involving quasi-period factors
