A project to make a new 16 bit style dos game that can run on old and new hardware!!! It is planned to be a tile engine game for FreeDOS utilizing mode X of VGA and using the YM3812/OPL2 and YMF262/OPL3 chip to full capabilities! more details later! -

These images contained in this project are for larger sized installs of Freedos. Each size contains both a VirtualBox image and a HDD/USB image file that contain both the "Plain DOS" and "Full Install" of FreeDOS 1.3, I noticed that the FreeDOS installer seems to cap hard drives at 2GB unless specifically specified by dropping out of the installer and running a bunch more commands. This solves that by offering images in various sizes designed to be a common USB drive or a common sized hard drive taking advantage of the *entire hard drive... -
