Have made matlab-shell-run-region to be autoloaded.

Fixed some warnings.

Changed pos-bol/eol to point-at-bol/eol for bwd compat

Added parameter aggressive to cell navigations

fwd/bwd more intuitive. Only jumps visible cell breaks.

fwd and bwd cells are more intuitive now.

removed all font-lock redundant settings in matlab-cell.

Fixed font-lock issue.
