I'm trying to install nco (v 5.1.6) and am running into "error: UDUNITS2 header-file not found" during the configure step. I know where that file is on my cluster (/usr/include/udunits2/udunits2.h), but there doesn't seem to be any way for me to tell the configure script where it is. Previous discussions I've found on this topic suggest pointing to it by passing in the environment variable UDUNITS2_H (or maybe it was UDUNITS_H), but that does nothing, and anyway that variable doesn't appear anywhere...
