    "Potential is high support is almost non-existant"

    Pros: Zen Trading Strategies have the great potential I think but I am not sure if they are still in business. I have sent numerous support questions to them since June 2, 2022, that have received no response. Does anyone know?

    Cons: Support was good at first but then it seemed after I purchased everything that the support that highlights ask us anything and we will respond usually in 24 hours. Well, I have been waiting weeks.

    Overall: The website is very confusing because when you are on their page logged in they still spend almost all the real estate on selling. You have to notice in the middle of the screen it says you are logged in and click here for your stuff. That works but what you really need is the indicators and they make it seem as if it is part of the master system or the algo you buy but that is not true they are stand-alone and I can't get a response about getting them. They also advertise that you can do options but when I asked for brokers they provide a list of about 20 but none did options. Therefore I asked them directly via support and I think that is when they stopped responding.
