Pros: We have been using Woorise for the last 12 months and have had very good success with their instant win campaign. Their instant win campaign setup allows visitors to enter a competition and know straight away if they have won the prize or not. The benefit of this is, instead of them waiting a few weeks to see if they win, they will know immediately. And if they don't win, you can give them a second prize, a discount code, with a follow-up email sequence. This is powerful because you can add them to our email newsletter through Zapier or Pabbly using an API connection. The team also over at Woorise is exceptional; they are very responsive and help you quickly when you have any problem.

Cons: It was tricky to integrate the Facebook pixel to track conversions from Facebook, but support was very responsive and helped us fix the issue quickly.

Overall: Overall we have used a variety of giveaway tools on the market from Gleam, Vyper, Kingsumo but always go back to Woorise because of their instant win giveaway campaign. Overall if you want a giveaway tool not just for getting entries but also to focus on conversions Woorise is an excellent choice.

2. Large number of integrations - a huge range of the most famous marketing applications.

3. Many customized templates - choose and use ready-made templates. Launch your events as quickly as possible. Or create companies from scratch, specifically for your specific tasks.

4. Logical configuration of sending letters - deep configuration and preparation of letters for those who participate in your companies. Super - no one will be left without attention.

5. Excellent support service - in the course of studying the product, some questions arose that support resolved as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience)

Cons: Not that this is a big problem, but for some users, learning can be a little difficult at first.

Overall: Throughout the existence of my business, I have held many contests on social networks and on my website. Finally, I found a tool for myself to gain a loyal audience and replenish my client base, developing my business at a deeper level.

-It's pricing is expensive and sometimes it makes me to dislike this application.

Overall: Overall a very good application to use, it has a lot of tools and functions to offer but still has room to improve.
You have to do a lot of experiment with the things you can do in this application but once you get a hang of it, you will love this application.

Pros: You can create a beautiful contest page within minutes, and what I absolutely love about it is the “Viral Share” option, which is included in every plan – yes, even in the FREE plan!

The Viral Share option is a must for a successful contest. On my first try, with the free plan, I got 425 participants in only 10 days, and I had posted the contest only once on Reddit! That was all. I didn’t have to promote the contest as the viral share option brought all the traffic. 65% of the entries were from referrals!

And if you consider upgrading to a paid plan, the prices are the lowest you can find for all the features it offers.

For example, RaffleCopter offers the Viral Share option for $84 a month whereas Woorise offers it for free!

Cons: Well, considering I don’t need all the other features besides the free plan + unlimited entrants, paying 29 euros for one month is still a high price for me. For people who’re going to run contests regularly, the annual payment plan may seem more convenient.

Overall: Overall, it’s wonderful and affordable. It's easy to integrate with your website and make the contest page look the way you want it to. So far, it's my favorite contest software.

Pros: Woorise is marketed as a viral giveaway platform but it is so much more than that. You can use it to create different types of forms. The form builder is customizable enough that you can make forms for different use cases. I have used it for lead generation and for getting customer feedback. I am constantly surprised to learn new use cases that I can do within Woorise. Also, Woorise has a diverse list of templates that you can preview and select. This makes it easy to start creating a form because you do not need to start from scratch. Most importantly, the founder himself, Chris, has been incredibly responsive and helpful for any support queries. I am impressed by his sustained passion and dedication to improving this platform.

Cons: The drawback of having a widely customizable form builder is that there is a learning curve. So if you intend to create complex forms, expect that you will be spending time learning the different features. But once you get used to it, it will be easier the next time you use it. The documentation is decent and helpful but can be further improved by creating more articles and putting these articles into categories that are easily searchable. I like that users can be added and roles can be assigned; however, I would like to see an option to make only certain forms visible to certain users. There is also not publicly shareable results page - a feature that I have seen on other platforms. Lastly, the custom domain feature is only available in their highest plan (Pro). I would like to use my own custom domain but it would be costly if I upgrade to their highest plan when I do not need the other feature upgrades of their Pro plan.

Overall: Overall, I am pleased with the platform as I have used it several times for different purposes without much trouble. I am confident that its founder will steer Woorise in the right direction as it becomes even a better and easy to use app.

Pros: Woorise has templates for almost everything so you never have to start from scratch. You can set up a campaign in Woorise and share it, embed it in your website, and share it on facebook and other social media. Assign points to every action (share on Facebook, visit website, etc.) so people are more likely to click on them. You even have a survey, quiz and poll option and best of all, you can create a campaign with video!

Cons: No Moosend integration as of yet.
Video tutorials are not available yet, but they are working on those.

Overall: I love that you can set up a campaign within an hour and watch the email addresses come in. Great tool for business owners to use in your marketing arsenal.

The cool things that through Woorise, you can accept payment with Stripe, Paypal and 2Checkout, connect your autoresponder and display different confirmation messages and email notifications for winners and non-winners.

Furthermore, you can integrate Woorise, with many marketing apps and other integrations like Zappier, Trello, Webhooks, Square, Slack and others.
With Woorise you don't lose time because it can randomly pick one or more winners from all the entrants in a single click, or the winner can be select by hand, also you are fully protected by the fraud detection tools to prevent cheaters to earn more fake entries.

Pros: The most amazing feature of Woorise, and what set it apart from other similar apps, is the capability to make a campaign where you get paid. You can even attach the Woorise campaign to your website, because is design inside WordPress.
This is great for gaining subscribers and makes other plugins, like contact form, useless.

Cons: You can change the font in the campaign page.
Also, it would be great if they allow more tweaking of the layouts.

Overall: Woorise is not just a giveaway campaign plugin, but also a way to create surveys, forms, and receive payments inside your websites, or in the form of embeds on facebook.

Pros: Woorise is a very robust app with many functionalities. I've been using Woorise for 6 months and I only get to try 2 of their functionalities. I use it to build quizzes and forms for my agency.

There are many other things you can do with Woorise like running social media sweepstakes, pools, contests, creating landing page, and so much more.

I simply use the embed code and display my quizzes and forms on my WordPress sites. They look beautiful.

Cons: I don't really have anything bad to say about this app. It does exactly what I need it to do. Plus more. Like I said, I only get to use 2 of the features. And I like them a LOT!

Overall: I use Woorise daily for my clients' and my own websites. If you're a website owner and thinking about generating leads, signups, fans, subscribers, etc, then you need Woorise.

Pros: Easy to use, the back end has a simple and clean interface, pre-made templates, drag&drop form builder, geotargeting, fraud detection, CSS customization, mobile friendly, sweepstakes/ contests/ polls/ surveys/ quizzes/ landing pages... Woorise has too many features to list them all here!

Cons: It's not a perfect software yet, and features are being added to Woorise often. It may take some time to make it the top software in this niche.

Overall: We used to pay for ads in print/Facebook/Google. In Jan 2020 we started running contests/giveaways on Woorise, and our results are amazing! Not only Woorise saves us a lot of money (that we'd spend on paid ads), but it also makes our marketing efforts much more efficient: our mail list and Facebook group grow much faster now since we started using Woorise.

Pros: It offers 23 templates straight out of the box with great customizability. The service is based on WordPress so those who use WordPress Gutenberg editor should feel right at home. As they have built this service on top of Gutenberg, it also means that they have made it easier for them to add additional blocks of content for customizations, need to add additional content such as text, list, or images? One-click, done, need to add a youtube video? Done, custom HTML? It's there. This makes the service super powerful.

When creating a campaign, it lets you set all the information that is needed, sharing metadata, contest rules, content that is displayed when the campaign has ended, and more.

Woorise lets you embed the campaign on your page using a code snippet. This allows you to have the campaign on a page hosted on your own server and is using your own domain name.

Cons: A pro and a con, while being based on WordPress allows for familiarity and makes it easier for the developers to add certain features. I am not sure if it will scale well.

Overall: Woorise is a great service for creating social campaigns such as email signup, giveaways, coupon or wifi unlock, twitch contest, etc.

Pros: We started out using Woorise to run competitions for our ecommerce store. It works really well for this purpose. It integrates with Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook and many others.

Cons: It’s a powerful tool, so the learning curve is rather steep at first. Some of the options are not so obvious. We’d like to see more help documentation and training videos so we can get the most value from it.

Overall: Over the months we’ve used Woorise for customer surveys, feedback forms, and landing pages. It’s become an integral part of our business. When we’ve needed support it’s been speedy and very helpful.

Highly recommended if you’re willing to spend some time learning how to use it.

Pros: Woorise is capable of so much. It's the only tool on the market that can handle instant giveaways. It can handle all manner of quizzes and logic-based workflows for customer interaction. The finished product looks slick and shares well on social media.

Cons: It's tricky! This is the only tool I never ask my assistant to handle, because it would take too long to show her how to use it. In fact, when I go back to make a new giveaway, I sometimes have to relearn features that I've used before. The examples Woorise provides are too simple to show off all that this tool can do.

Overall: I like it. I'm sticking with it. It's powerful, and every time I use it I realize that I've barely scratched the surface of its utility.
But you can't use this tool quickly. It requires patience and experimentation. And a nice quiet block of time to design the perfect giveaway.

Pros: It's quite easy an intuitive to use. I've you've used WordPress in the past, you'll find it easy as the interface is WordPress bases.

It has all the characteristics you want from an online software solution for giveaways, including user submission, extra entries for performing actions (such as following you on social media), extra entries for inviting others to join the contest, translation to any language, instant giveaways and more.

Cons: Some options are king of hidden, but once you start playing with it, it's no big issue.

Overall: I tried several solutions before going to Woorise, and this was the best I found. Pricing model is fair, plus you can start with the free basic version. Woorise has all the characteristics I was looking for and they even have several I was not expecting to find.

It's a simple decision if you want to start a contest fast and have actual results. Plus, you'll be able to grow at your own pace, as they offer solutions for the size and type of your business.

Pros: Woorise is more than a giveaway tool. I use for forms and giveaways, but I see it lets you control many details.
You can also translate the content to the language you need.
And maybe the best thing is that customer support is fast and efficient.

Cons: I had my doubts when I started, because admin user interface is simple. Not real con.
Maybe you need a little time to know where everything is, but you always can ask the Woorise support.

Overall: My experience is great. I was reluctant, because other platforms where agency oriented and quite expensive and limited use cases.

Woorise lets you do what you want and make it simple to advance on your goals.

Pros: Since switching to Woorise, we've seen not only an increase in number of contest participants, but also an increase in email engagement and sales from contest participants long after contests end.

Cons: The documentation could be better and more thorough, but the platform is pretty intuitive and easy to pick up.

- It has all the features I need included, especially fraud detection.
- It is super customizable. Its campaign and form builder is easy to set up.

Cons: Maybe more templates will be a good idea. I hope you add it to your roadmap.

Overall: Giveaways are a great way to spread the word about your business. Woorise helps with this, with its many templates, and is a great alternative to Kingsumo, Sociamonials and Rafflecopter. In addition, it can also create surveys, so can be used instead of Typeform. I hope to see social media management added to its list of tools.
