Pros: Setup was quick, script added, and within minutes, I saw real recordings. The heatmaps are clear and easy to understand. The AI assistant surprised me by flagging points in user sessions where people hesitated or dropped off, saving hours of manual review and helping me quickly catch a checkout bug. Pricing is transparent and fair.
Cons: Reporting and export options are still pretty limited. Advanced filters for deeper analysis would make it even better.
Overall: I don’t have time to live inside analytics dashboards. Skippership keeps things simple while still giving me powerful insights. The AI analysis is a huge plus because it does the heavy lifting of combing through sessions, allowing me to focus on fixing what matters. Pros: The setup was ridiculously easy. I added the script, and within minutes, I was watching actual recordings of my site visitors. The heatmaps are very clear, and they helped me spot design flaws I had overlooked for months. The interface is modern and clean, which makes it less intimidating compared to other platforms I’ve tried. Pricing is fair and transparent.
Cons: Reporting features are still a bit limited. For example, I can’t fully customize exports yet. Also, I’d like more advanced filtering options for power users.
Overall: As a small business owner, I don’t have time for overly complex analytics tools. This strikes the perfect balance between power and simplicity. It’s already helped me identify checkout issues that were costing me sales.
