Pros: The software is very user friendly and easy to edit if changes need to be made to a shift. Downloading custom ranges is very handy.

Cons: The initial set up to get a new employee added to the software can be a little difficult at times.

Overall: SINC has been easy to use and very beneficial for tracking our part-time employees’ hours. Once the employee is added, the hard part is done.

Pros: Very easy to use to record and track my employees hours and make edits when needed. It's intuitive and easy to add and remove employees. Perfect for my small business.

Cons: Employees must have a smart phone which isn't always the case for minimum wage workers in part-time roles

Overall: Highly recommend, this was the best timeclock app that I've used that allow me to easily track my employees hours, edit and manage their hours and schedules, and publish their schedules.

Pros: Easy to use. It doesn't take me much time to adjust times, approve requests. And see how much time specific jobs take.

Cons: I have not found anything that I do not like as of yet.

Overall: It helps me keep track of time on specific jobs so i can ensure accurate costs. It helps me track hours, and I can easily see my weekly overview.

Pros: Easy employee tracking and summary reports. Also allows employee edits that must be approved by a manager.

Cons: I was using the free version which allows only three employees.

Overall: I have using this app for over a year. You can easily add a new employee and track their hourly time for a simplified report for payroll.

Pros: - The greatest pro would be the user-friendliness of their apps. Even un-educated and old workers can easily have it up and running within minutes.

Cons: - Occasionally it misses some clock-in updates and syncs later. No major cons though

Overall: If you manage a small business where you have to keep track of workers and their actions sometimes on an hourly basis, SINC Workforce is a very good choice. It is simple, user-friendly, and does the job.

Overall: I am an owner of a small business. We're using a traditional way to note down the employees hours (note down in a copy). It's too hard to calculate the hours at the end of month. That thing takes too much time and such a headache for us. Last year, I had started searching for online time tracker software. I have used so many software/apps but am not satisfied with any one. I just want a multi-functional app that gives more power to employees as well as owners. In the end, I have found SINC, after using that app, I have got what I want. I have never seen such type of app before that gives you a lot of functions. Too easy to track employees hours and if any employees forgot to close his shift, it's automatically closed by SINC. Employees easily submit modifications on his shift and the admin gets a notification and easily approves the request. My life has totally changed after using this app. I have saved a lot of time and money. Highly recommended!

Overall: We have used this software daily for about a year without any glitches. Our overall experience has be very positive. Before signing up with SINC, we tried several of their competitors. SINC did exactly what we needed right out of the box.

Pros: Incredibly easy to manage payroll and my guys like using the app to clock in and out. I don't currently use the other features but will as my business grows.

Cons: I haven't found anything I didn't like. The app functions very well.

Overall: This is the best app I found that lets my employees clock in themselves and I also like the fact it'll give the total payroll as well as individual.

Overall: Love this app! We are a growing small business and was looking for a way to track my employee's hours. Found this app and was pleased on how easy and intuitive it is to use. It's like having a payroll assistant.

Cons: When I just got it a few years back, we had some minor issues promptly corrected.

Overall: As a general contractor sometimes working in different places with different crews SINC simplified tracking hrs for my employees

Pros: SINC is so easy to use! Saves me tons of time as the owner of a small business from having to worry about calculating hrs for the pay period or subtracting out lunch breaks. I can easily make changes or the employee can notify me of changes they need made. Highly recommend this app. I have been using it for about 2 years now

Overall: Very please with SINC, I used to do time clock and time cards. I dreaded it every week. I now simply open the app and download the overview and email it to the book keeper. Very happy.

You can track records of your employees work time, sign tasks and note every job.
You pay only for real time at work not for late, breaks and early leaves.
No waste time for calculating holidays, disputing hours.

Cons: Little bit too expensive in the highest option.
Have to spend some time at the beginning to set up everything correctly.

Overall: Very good software for every business, I use it in transport industry and do not have to use paperwork any more for work out employees costs.

Overall: It is very easy for my crew to use and to download. I no longer need to calculate hours. I can pull up on phone and send directly to payroll processing.

Pros: It allows me to easily create schedules (from either my phone or computer), generate reports, and provide employee clock in/out functions from their mobile devices.

Cons: None, offers everything I need. The free trial works great.

Overall: I have a small team of caregivers providing coverage for my mother and I find this as an indispensable tool for managing their time. I spent many hours searching for an app that offered these features and found that SINC provides the best user experience from employee/employer perspective.
