Pros: Super easy to use. Even my employees love it!
Can track location of where the employees clock in and out.
There's note for them and employer to write on certain clock.
The summary can be sent to email in Excel format for further analysis.
Roostering is very easy too.

Cons: Payment method only based on the total hour employee clock in and out (pay per hour). Should be another choice for payment based on daily basis (pay per day).

Overall: SINC is super easy and very convenient to use, both for me as employer, and for my employees. We've tried other applications, and SINC is the best of all. We use SINC since then and never consider to use other apps.

Pros: This app is great for our business. Sometimes we have a full work week with more than one employee for each day. This helps us keep track of who works and their hours.

Cons: We noticed that the app is not compatible with older phones.

Overall: Notify me when employees have not clocked out for the day. Helps keeps us on track with hours for payroll.

Pros: I love this app. It's easy to use. Easy to manage employees, track hours, and track employees locations while on the clock.

Cons: Honestly I can't think of anything. I use the app regularly and have no issues.

Overall: I find the app to be a great resource. Easy to use and powerful. There are lots of features. You can add photos and notes.

Pros: I am a small business owner so this is the perfect app for me. I can pull up my account on my desk top or phone, I get notifications when employee clocks in or out, location of where they are while clocked in is such a benefit for when I can't be there to make sure they are where they are suppose to be. Love all the features and I am quite sure I am not even using them all! One other thing, you put in the pay rate and so it tracks how much you are gonna be paying and how much time they are working!

Cons: The only con is that if the app is off line it will not send notifications, so not even sure that is the apps fault?

Overall: I am very please so far. Easy to use, you can just let new employee scan QR code and you are up and running in just seconds!

Pros: Sinc is an amazing app. Its ease of use makes it the perfect business app for monitoring work activity. There is a scheduling feature that allows you to publish work schedules to your staff. It has a location feature that is great for verification purposes for remote work assignments.You can also edit clock in / out times incase of errors and add missing shifts;  and add notes. At the end of the week you can generate detailed reports.

Cons: Depending on your mobile service provider or your location the push notifications may not come on an immediate basis.

Overall: Great app. Easy to use. Great for tracking work activity for personnel at multiple locations. Weekly reports can be generated.

Pros: Tracks time for multiple employees.
Easy to use.
Easy to edit shifts.
Free version is a great starter option.
Different upgraded pay levels to meet different needs.

Cons: There's nothing I can think of that's a "con". Very easy to use!

Overall: Sinc makes it so easy, both for employees and employers. Even the free version, which we started with, eliminated a lot of headaches for us, specifically using paper time sheets, and calculating actual hours. Thanks Sinc!

Pros: Rest-Moore Inc has been using Sinc for our small company's time clock for two years. We have NEVER had a complaint or an issue with Sinc's system. I wish all of our systems was as stream line and bug-free as Sinc! It is extremely user friendly for the worker and the time keeper! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Cons: Rest-Moore has had absolutely ZERO complaints about this company!

Cons: Nil - have no complaints with this application.

Overall: Very happy with the support provided - application highly recommended for all organisations out there.

Pros: Excellent way to be mobile with my time tracking. The app is easy to use and the response time for any issues I have is very fast. Much cheaper than most time tracking apps and is easy to use for a multitude of employees. If employees forget to track time, the app has a simple edit and approval system.

Cons: Not able to sync with my payroll app, this feature would be great since I don't want to pay for the time tracking built in with applications such as Quickbooks

Overall: I use the app for time tracking my employees for my on the go catering business. This app is everything I need as a small business to track employee hours.

Pros: Sinc is a great app. I love how it will keep track of hours, pay and location. Every small business needs this!

Cons: I cannot leave a reminder message/to-do-list for my next day unless it is attached to a job.

Overall: I use it daily and I love it! However, I do wish there is a place for side notes for daily brainstorming.

Pros: Easy to use and extremely helpful when you contact the developers with questions. Highly recommend!

Cons: Would like geofencing but I think they are working on this if not already a new feature..

Overall: I've tried many apps out in the market and this is the best. I would highly recommend.

Cons: There is a great feature that only allows employees to clock in/out while at your establishment, however, I don't see anywhere that it says the employee has accepted that feature (they have to approve that feature for it to work, which make sense, due to privacy issues). Otherwise, love it!

Overall: I've been using SINC for about a year now. It was recommended to me by my bookkeeper because she had a client who was using it and seemed happy with its ease of navigation and concept. I have to agree! I own a small business and only have a couple employees, so we don't use all the available features, but my employees love it and I do too - super easy to understand for those of us who may not be that tech savvy and I always receive notifications for clocking in/out and my bookkeeper can have access to it which means I never have to send her the weekly hours. That itself is a life saver! Highly recommend!

Pros: Great app! Before start using Sinc in my automotive paint business, I used at least 4-5 apps on the market and surprised to see how incomplete they are. Sinc is not like that. It's super user friendly, super fast, simple and functional. After loging in, it only takes me a second to see how many hours my employees make that week and write their checks.

Cons: Almost none. QuickBooks integration would be nice but I can't blame Sinc for this, as QB has TSheets.

Overall: Overall, a great time-clocking app for a small business. If there would be a geofencing feature that send reminders to employees that forgot clocking in, it would be even better.

Cons: For what I need it works well. But doesn't always let me look at past work hours.

Overall: Serves the purpose that I need. Helps my employees stay on track. Overall a good app.

Cons: Would be great if you could print payslip from it, as a smaller company we aren't paye registered so use handwritten slips

Pros: This app is the easiest I have found for me and my girls. I've tried others and don't like the set-up. Sinc makes it very easy to set up and use...very self explanatory
