Pros: The wide communication between the client or consumer, and the employee, is always something completely important, since here the negotiations and services take place that can benefit the client in a certain way. GoToMeeting has provided constant and high-quality communication with all clients who agree to try our services in the real estate sector. One of the things that I liked the most about this platform is that it allows us to modify the environment of the scheduled videoconference, in the environment we can modify the design, the colors, add the organizers who are in charge of managing the videoconference, and also the topics that will be discussed in said videoconference. In addition, I love the notification system that GoToMeeting has, which is able to notify the subscribers of the videoconference, exactly how long it takes to start the videoconference, this helps customers to be attentive and know what hours they should be available for video conferencing. Notices are received by email.

Cons: The performance that GoToMeeting has had has been impressive and this has allowed video conferencing to have a good development. However, during my experience, I had a problem that affected significantly, and I would like to see a solution implemented to correct this problem in GoToMeeting. This platform should have an anti-spam filter that prevents robots from creating false subscriptions to our video conferences. A couple of months ago we had a big problem, where we received more than 500 subscriptions, and it was something that impressed us, but when we checked each one of those subscriptions, we realized that they were fraudulent and were not subscriptions of real people . I would like GoToMeeting to implement an anti-spam system.

Overall: I think my experience with GoToMeeting has been good, because I have been able to manage the video conferences that we plan very well in our business environment. Currently, we have the ability to enjoy great video quality for all the videoconferences that we produce, in addition, we have excellent audio transmission which helps clients to have a complete experience during the videoconference. We are very happy using GoToMeeting. Despite the problem we had a couple of months ago, we have managed to get the most out of this platform and we have been able to organize video conferences on a constant basis with a high participation of subscribers.
