Pros: Easy to log into system and safe. GoToMeeting is a great online meeting and desktop sharing tool. I used it with a team that reviewed website content. It was the PERFECT tool.

Cons: Just a little slow opening up, but that may be my system.

Pros: GoToMeeting is easy to use. As a host, you can share your screen, which is excellent. Its performance is stable, audio and video impressive, guest attendees. The best web conferencing option available. It offers all the basic functionality; each participant can control if and when they want to be seen or heard. You can choose to be present, representing, aside or however, you feel comfortable.

Cons: It is constantly updating and implementing excellent features. The noise suppression and displaying up to six cameras simultaneously have been amazing.

Overall: We have been using GoToMeeting in our organization for our team meetings. It helps us collaborate in remote locations in real-time. It has been effortless to use, easy to share the invitation, and especially having the calendar invitation capability, which has allowed us to schedule meetings with just a few minutes to spare. While discussions are in session, we can easily switch between presenters (screen sharing), among other great features. It has been implemented for technical support and works very well.

Pros: My experience with GoToMeeting was excellent. It provided a great way to have a meeting in front of my computer with my office.

Cons: There was not anything that i did not like about GoToMeeting.

Overall: The experience was very positive and we were able to conduct our meeting with no issues at all.

Pros: The audio quality is good, the interface is easy to navigate and the feature set is top notch. GoToMeeting. The ability to record meeting content and share is great feature. We have used it in the past for training and support purposes both on a client workstation and from mobile devices. Top Notch!

Cons: The worst part about it is the overall cost for licenses. Gets very expensive if you need separate licenses for all users.

Overall: Overall, GoToMeeting is the market leader for professional video conferencing. The interface is fantastic and easy to learn.

Again, GoToMeeting storage is precisely guarded with security procedures employed. Lastly, GoToMeeting is a digital program hence, compatible with many gadgets.

Cons: The overall performance and cost of GoToMeeting has no blemish, hence, the right application to adopt for communication reasons.

Overall: GoToMeeting has portrayed leadership competencies, with professional assistance in the communication field. Also, GoToMeeting transmits information faster, and without missing anything. Lastly, cost of GoToMeeting is economical.

Pros: Currently, the software has given excellent performance because due to the high demand for remote communication software, this has been one of the most requested in the last year. It is nice to know that there is the ability to configure and integrate with any system, and the software will start up smoothly.

Cons: GoToMeeting needs to improve its interface; it is a bit outdated compared to other software.

Overall: This program has served to synthesize an incredible idea in the organization; we can constantly improve the quality of group information between co-workers. We have additionally used it to support organizations with recurring pragmatism issues with new clients. It has been an excellent and exciting program to encourage collective participation, so I recommend it. It is simple to use and understand. I like that it is very efficient and of high quality.

Pros: I like how you are able to use your phone to make outbound calls while the call appears to be coming from the business itself. Client do not know that it is your personal phone and it makes it easier for clients to recognize your number.

Cons: I was only able to conference call 3 people in a call. Sometimes I need to conference in 4 or more.

Overall: I would recommend this service and especially if you are in and out of your office frequently. The ability to transfer calls directly to another coworkers cell without having to hang up and send a text to them to call a client back makes this really easy and reliable.

Pros: - It provides high-quality audio and video transmission from both ends.
- The admin has all the control over the meeting that makes the moderation very easy.
- It does not have a complex user interface that makes it very easy to use for everyone.

Cons: - The audio transmission can be disturbed by the latency if the bandwidth is not strong enough.

Overall: Overall, GoToMeeting is the best fit for professional video calling and conferencing. The User Interface is very intuitive and easy to control.

Pros: GoToMeeting has a fairly simple interface and powerful features to provide stable communication, information and document sharing with others through virtual meetings. I use it continuously to conduct and participate in work meetings with my colleagues and it has not given me any problems, it is very easy to use and has tools that promote collaboration and remote support.

Cons: It lacks features to customize users' work environments, making it less dynamic than other video conferencing communication tools.

Overall: Internally it has helped us to foster communication and remote collaboration in an effective way, everything is easy to locate within this tool, so it does not generate complications for users to start meetings or join them. It is a benefit for my work team to be able to count on GoToMeeting.

Pros: Very easy to join meetings for internal employees and external employees. High-quality video and audio conversations were a very much needed tool during these times.

Cons: The only con I have had with go to meetings has been screen sharing can be interrupted sometimes.

Overall: Overall my experience with go-to meetings has been good, once they fix the screen sharing issues I will be a happy customer!

Overall: GoToMeeting was the standard, "go to" product before COVID. Then Zoom took over with its ease of use, simple interface, and nice features. It would be difficult to return to GoToMeeting without a substantial overhaul and cost-effective pricing.

Pros: GoToMeeting is a very up-to-date software, with well-designed dynamics so that clients can interact with the company in a completely secure environment before data filtering, in case they want the privacy of their projects with us to remain high. GoToMeeting makes it easy to switch screens to show interactivity.

Cons: GoToMeeting does not allow files within the platform to be accessed during online presentations, which limits somewhat the ability to display information on past session results during the execution of new sessions, or slows down the ability to handle supporting information.

Overall: Overall GoToMeeting has all the necessary features to remain a well-structured videoconferencing oriented software, with many interesting dynamics so that all attendees at each meeting can feel comfortable during the implementation of screen sharing or brainstorming.

Pros: Using it for vendor management where I have to make a call every week. I am amazed with the quality of screen sharing (presentation) and audio conference! It works fine with low bandwidth.

Cons: All looks great to me. No concern as of now from my side.

Pros: We like the fact that GoToMeeting's alarm system always gives us an exact time when our staff meetings will take place. A positive thing to highlight about the platform is that the times are adapted to the time zone of each person involved, thus avoiding confusion.

Cons: GoToMeeting is a bit simplistic in terms of features compared to other services such as GoToWebinar or GoToTraining, which, while maintaining totally different approaches to GoToMeeting, are closely related in terms of dynamics and integrations. GoToMeeting seems to be a prototype of these two, with fewer features.

Overall: We have decided to carry out our recommendation of GoToMeeting based on the quality of service. It has good customer support, and by being able to integrate it with Gotowebinar and Gototraining there is much more scope in terms of the people we can work with and the strategies we can apply. Setting up a meeting, regardless of the reason for it, whether it was a teaching session or just a video conference with a lot of people, was a bit more complicated before. Since we started implementing GoToMeeting for this it has saved time, and communicating is more convenient.

Pros: Gotomeeting can be used in conjunction with many directory management platforms, so that including and reviewing customer contact information is possible without having to stop working. Gotomeeting has integrations to its two sister services, Gotowebinar and Gototraining, from which conferences can be addressed with mechanics for more work situations.

Cons: Thanks to the security of working within Gotomeeting it was best to decide not to speak negatively about the software. Gotomeeting meets our expectations in the area of industrial collaboration by making it easy for us to connect our developers at the same time and without much effort.

Overall: Gotomeeting is a secure platform, whose encryption ensures that the data of the meetings held within it cannot be leaked in any way. This is a good initiative to be able to share information of high privacy or importance without worrying about the risks that may arise if a meeting attendee decides to share it.

Pros: A huge plus point for Gotomeeting is that the video quality in which the meetings are executed can vary completely depending on the quality of the devices available. For this, it uses a dynamic based on the user's choice of quality before the start of the meetings or when entering the rooms, collaborating with all types of internet connections.

Cons: Gotomeeting works perfectly through mobile devices, but when it comes to shared screens the vision of each screen can vary greatly, as it depends on the internet connections of each person in the room who will take the position of host of the meetings, resulting in unbalanced meetings.

Overall: Gotomeeting is one of the best current services for scheduling meeting dates and customizing meeting reminders, even allowing us to choose individual templates, so that each reminder is personalized and helps to improve our relationship with each participant.

Pros: GoToMeeting's platform keeps us always in communication with our consultants and clients remotely having a stronger connection with them, saving us time instead of planning and going to appointments or meetings in-house.

Cons: Sometimes clients or consultants report to us that their meeting is interrupted or slow to start because of a connection problem. This can be overwhelming for us, limiting meetings so that they only start when the person receives an invitation to join.

Overall: From our company's perspective, what worked best for us was the ability to record presentations, demos and send the links to the client or consultants so they could go back and review it or share it with others who may not have been able to make the meeting. In these times the best solution for our company was to look for a software that would allow us to have conferences with our consultants or clients, for this we had purchased Zoom, but the difference of this platform with zoom is that GoToMeeting allows us to have unlimited time in the conference so we can have a smooth and calm conversation.

Pros: Keeping in touch with clients and with our work environment is absolutely important to us. GoToMeeting has done a wonderful job of making communication much more interactive, allowing us to generate more stability in the sharing of information online. What I like the most about this software is that I can make videoconferences in a simple way, it is not like other platforms that offer me an invitation delivery system. GoToMeeting offers me a system where those who want to enter the videoconference, must have an ID and a password, and will have immediate access to the videoconference in general. In addition, another feature that I love about this software is that it has a great file sharing, since each file uploaded by the videoconference administrators can be immediately viewed by all the members or participants who are viewing the videoconference.

Cons: One of the features that should be improved in GoToMeeting is the reminder system. Previously, this platform offered a fully automated and optimized reminder system, which sent notifications consistently. It sent previous notices to those who were going to participate in the videoconference, when there was 1 week, a few days and even a few hours to start the videoconference, however, this notification system has declined, and now the subscriber only receives this notice when there are a few hours to start the video conference.

Overall: My experience with GoToMeeting has been totally effective, with this platform we have managed to boost general communication in our company and we have been able to exchange information online without having to make a great effort. This platform has allowed us to communicate with clients, to be able to talk about topics in general, to hold meetings and even to hold discussions online. GoToMeeting is a very complete platform, it offers a totally unsurpassed video quality that allows each videoconference to be correctly viewed by all the members, in addition, it has an online chat system integrated by the videoconference, which allows all participants to be able to interact live.
