Pros: It’s so quick & easy using my phone number. especially bc i can type it in the ipad provided and it doesn’t take long. compared to other places where i have to present my card every time, the ipad is a win for me!!

Cons: it’s kind of difficult to use points .. idk if i click the screen or tell the cashier

Overall: no complaints here!! i love it, the ipad is a good reminder as well that i can gain points for my purchase when i am at the shop.

Pros: It is so simple to use this program, all you have to do is enter your phone number!

Cons: I had no problems with 5 stars at Plato’s closet!

Overall: Great experience with 5 star! Look forward to using with other stores soon, hopefully!

Pros: Appreciated that I could collect my points through only having to give my phone number. One less loyalty card to carry/find! Very convenient.

Pros: I have loved using this app over the last several months! I have discovered several local places near me that use the app that I have in turn tried, and ended up enjoying. I like that it’s not selectively just restaurants, there are several types of different local businesses listed. Since finding my favorite nail salon near me they have recently started using the app as well, and it is probably where I use the app the most to get my points toward $$ off my services!

Cons: Some businesses send me tons of notifications. While I do eat out a lot, I’m not one to go to the same place more than once a week, and definitely not more than once a month.

Overall: The app interface is very easy to use, they send me notifications to remind me promotions are about to expire, and it gets me great benefits at many local small business places.

Pros: I love being rewarded for things I buy no matter what. Occasionally I get a free drink just because and other times I save my earned points for free coffee! Easy to enter you phone number and have as an app.

Cons: I can't think of any cons. It is so easy to use I wish more local businesses used it.

Overall: Easy to use in multiple businesses and convenient with every purchase.

Pros: great deals all around at your favorite places! it makes my day when i get $2 off a $10 juice

Cons: I don't like how some deals are very low after going to a certain place a lot.

Overall: quick and effective, great deals, fun and simple!

Pros: Every purchase counts towards redeemable points .
It's a big deal getting a premium coil at a fair price trhu loyalty

Cons: I can't check my points to plan my next purchase I adhere to a budget and the points give me a little breathing room

Overall: Everything was fine until this app FORCED me to write more in each topic that I wanted to.
So this review is useless sorry to waste my time

Pros: Easy to use. The UI is really clean and nice. Helps to find coupons and save money.

Cons: Need to have more stores enrolled in this product. Need to provide more options.

Overall: I like using this app on my phone and I will definitely recommend this to my friends.

Pros: I appreciate the Discounts and finding new places to try

Cons: Discount showed in my app but wasn’t in my account when I went to pay

Pros: Great way to track points and receive offers. Easily to look up/track with only phone number.

Cons: No cons have come up so far with the system in my experience. Would be nice if you could use points on sale items as there are so often sales that I can use the rewards or miss out on the sales. Feels like a waste collecting points I can’t use easily.

Overall: Easy to use. Easy to track. Even easy to have points transferred to my account when the staff member assigned them to the wrong phone number by mistake.

Pros: Fivestars is pretty great. I like that it gives me some points so I can get rewards or upgrades in the future. And they sometimes will give you that when you haven’t been to a place in awhile.

Cons: When I use fivestars, I’m not sure if it appears in the place’s current system so I sometimes miss out on the rewards I have if I don’t see it.

Overall: Overall though it’s been really nice since I’ve been able to get rewards at places I go to very often.

Pros: We see our points as soon as we pay.

Cons: Not a lot of restaurants by using it.

Overall: Easy to use.

Pros: I like the fact that the program allows users to get points from their purchases, and add up to get free items.

Cons: The things I don’t like is when I purchased the items, it didn’t add the right amount of points according to the amount I spent. For example, when I spend $3.50, it only adds 3 points. So with multiple purchases like this, I will lose a significant amount of points. Other thing I don’t like is when I come up the machine, I have to type in my phone number and sometimes it wouldn’t enter correctly. I hope there is a way that users could just come up to the machine and tap their phones on it, without entering the phone numbers.

Overall: I feel comfortable when using this system at my favorite places, but I expect there would be some improvements to make this system more user-friendly for the customers.

Pros: I love that I don’t have to carry a dozen plastic cards to scan for each store I visit. I also love the surprise discounts and treats I earn.

Cons: There isn’t anything that I don’t like about five stars

Overall: Five stars is so convenient and easy to use. I’m never without my rewards because all I have to know is my phone number.

Pros: I love when business reach out to me when they miss me, all because of Fivestars. I love hearing about deals on my frequented places, and nearby businesses want my service on Fivestars as well.

Cons: Not every place has Fivestars possibly because it costs too much monthly?

Overall: Love Fivestars always ask if they have it on hand and sometimes will try new places off the map from in the app.

Pros: This app pretty much does what it advertises itself to do. It gives rewards based on previous purchases. It tracks awards pretty well with a point system, and people can redeem these at any firm that supports them.

Cons: There isn't really anything bad about this other than the fact that rewards can expire, which can be annoying if you don't have an opportunity to go to the place you have an award for for a while.

Overall: This app is pretty useful for long term commitments to restaurants and other such places that support this. I'd recommend getting this just to keep points because it is a lot more convenient than say a point card. It doesn't get lost.

Pros: Getting discounts and supporting local businesses.

Cons: Takes forever! But it's ok, I'll slowly get there one day

Overall: I like it and I get stuff out of it. It's almost like a game lol

Pros: Easy to use, points for everything! Enter your phone number at locations that offer Fivestars, and get points with your purchase.

Cons: I lost my Fivestars card, but luckily it’s connected to my phone number! I just enter my phone number and I get the points.

Overall: I would reccomend using Fivestars for any location that offers it. I get discounts all the time from earning points with purchases.

Pros: Whether it is at a coffee bar, smoke shop, cafe - it’s so universal and not just set for a specific business! I love that it’s simple and quick; all I have to do is type in my phone number and DONE!

Cons: Only thing I can honestly think of is that not EVERY place offer Fivestars which is a BUMMER!

Overall: I love Fivestars! I love that my favorite places offer Fivestars during checkout so I’m able to get points and redeem them for discounts!
