Pros: Your system is easy to use and allows to collect points very easily and nice setup for the way you collect your points

Cons: So far I haven't really seen any cons so don't have much to say about that

Overall: Enjoy using hasn't given me much problems and is easily to collect points and keeps me informed every time I collect them

Pros: I love the simplicity of using your service! I also love getting stuff for free by accumulating points!

Cons: There’s nothing I don’t like about your service! It’s easy to use and also fun!

Overall: It’s a great way to get free stuff in my community!

Pros: I put in my phone number and it adds points up for free stuff. Pretty easy

Cons: I don't see this option in more businesses, so I'm not able to accumulate more points at other stores.

Overall: Very easy, need more options, or told where five star is available. I've never been told.

Pros: I like the discounts that I receive using Five Star. It's so convenient and easy to use.... Love It.

Cons: Wish more places uesed Five Star... There are only two places that I know of that I use it at Euless Vapor and Itea boba lounge!!!

Overall: It's great and Awesome!!!!to use and get points for discounts.

Pros: Getting rewards. Besides, many restaurants participate.

Cons: Some rewards are not attractive to me at all. But that’s fine.

Overall: My overall experience is good. It will be great if every restaurant participates in rewards program.

Pros: I like that I don't need a card and I can just supply my phone number to get my points.

Cons: I wish it was available at more vendors as I would love to be able to accumulate more points!!

Overall: I like it and we really like Bibingers so I have been fortunate enough to accumulate a bunch of points so allow me to receive some nice benefits.

Pros: I like the idea of sharing thoughts on stuff I purchase. Its insightful, gives a clearer picture of what to expect and it makes my life easier on decision making.

Cons: Not everyones opinion is fair or accurate. Using this app is easy when getting discounts. I like it overall because its useful.

Overall: Take the good with the bad & see what happens. I form my own opinion after my own experience and compare it to other peoples experience.

Pros: EASY app to use, shows my points and several abolishments use the fivestar app

Cons: Not everyone uses the fivestar app, sometimes the app and the kiosk do not work

Overall: Overall I love the app is great and easy to use. Its convenient and shows my points right away

Pros: • No card necessary, can enter phone number at any location that uses Fivestars rewards program
• Earn points while shopping to get discounts on future purchases
• Simple process and amazing rewards at participating establishments

Cons: There are no cons that I can think of as a user of Fivestars. The only con is that not every retail store or restaurant offers its program!

Overall: After using Fivestars for several years now, I absolutely appreciate it and love earning loyalty rewards.

Pros: I like that in only 1 app you have a lot of different places where you can collect points. I think that is very convenient

Cons: The costumer service of the company. I had a problem about a year ago with my username and password and I couldn’t access my account in time for my birthday, so I lost all the freebies that year.
I am still waiting for a reply.
I end up creating another account for this year

Overall: It is a convenient app, you can access to many different bubble tea places and collect points. It also incluidos other food places as well as grocery stores.
The costumer services needs some improvement

Pros: I really like the amount of different shops, chains and restaurants that use the Fivestars platform! They also have a very clean design. As someone who works with UI designers a lot, it is very well designed, user-friendly and intuitive!

Cons: There are a few glitches with reward notifications so that can confuse the user a bit. I also don't really like how the rewards for one varies by location (i.e. a store in Irvine has different point rewards than the same store/franchise in Buena Park).

Overall: Overall, it has been a postiive experience and I enjoy the concept of an all-in-one "stamp card" . There are a few kinks as previously mentioned, but if those were to be fleshed out, this would constitute a "killer app/concept".

Pros: I shop at these local places anyway, so who doesn't like getting money back? I recommend this to all my friends.

Cons: There are no cons. It is easy to use it. No personal information about yourself except your phone number.

Overall: I have never had a problem redeeming my bonus with this program. Everyone is super friendly.

Pros: It's an easy process - just get to the head of the line, put in my phone number, and that's it.

Cons: I forget to check what my bonuses are before I order. I've got enough to take my family to lunch but by the time I put in my number and view the options, my husband has paid the bill and it's too late. Someday, maybe. For now, it's like having a pizza savings account.

Overall: It seems to work well - easy process and nice bonuses.

Pros: Fivestars is a great way of collect points towards discounts at my favorite places! I use Crystals Nail Salon and they keep track of my points and discounts so I know I will always have a discount available each and every time I put my phone number in! Much better than having to keep up with a card!

Cons: I like everything about it! Works great every time!

Overall: It’s easy to use, nothing to carry or lose. It’s a great asset to have at my favorite place to go!

Pros: I like the universality and rewards of Fivestars. I have been able to utilize my rewards and I feel that it is worth having, as it costs me nothing other than making the purchase I already planned to make!

Cons: Not a lot of places are Fivestar members where I live (Hals Moon Bay, CA).

Overall: I find that if more stores used Fivestars, it would provide them with the customer spending behavior they are looking for as well as potentially increase patronage.

Pros: They rack up pretty quick and end up saving me some money at a store I love and visit often

Cons: That more stores in my area don't use it.
It is a real shame.

Overall: Five stars is the best service for me personally as it gives me something easy to remember to get my savings on products I buy frequently

Pros: So easy to use at the restaurant, just give my phone number.

Cons: Not enough restaurant selection. You really need to get more restaurants to join your group.

Overall: Overall it great you just need to get more restaurants on board.

Pros: Fivestars allows me to easily enter my telephone number when I make a purchase. The price doesn't matter. I can purchase my favorite, vanilla chai, or a book. It all adds up to savings for me. The best......??? When I can pick up my favorite author's new book...for free....as I have accumulated points!

Cons: From a user's role, there are no cons. Fivestars is an easily accessible way to ultimately save money.

Overall: Overall, my experience has been great. Fivestars is easy to use. Quick. Done in a matter of seconds.

Pros: Discounts are good, but the service is not available at many places. I wish there were an app or better way of tracking.

Cons: It is hard to use when dining at a sit down restaurant when you pay the waiter.

Overall: I would prefer a cash discount on future purchases rather than freebies. Often the freebie is a drink or a bag of chip etc. and I may not want or plan to purchase those things. Where 2 dollars off would be nicer.

Overall: My overall experience has been really good. I have accumulated over 60 points with this system and I have been able to do this with ease.
