A survey can be defined to get any data you need from the guests using our customizable form. The guest can pay for the booking and tourist taxes during the online check-in process. The booking is marked as paid in the PMS and the money is sent to your bank account through a secure payment gateway. Once the check-in process is completed and the room is allocated, the guest receives an electronic key or room access code (BLE/Pin Code).
