Mercer International Position Evaluation (IPE) is a robust, user-friendly methodology that is a key input to job and organizational design. Our EMEA-wide program of IPE Public Courses aims to address the increasing needs of Mercer clients regarding IPE transfer of know-how and support. It also provides other HR professionals and managers with the chance to explore new, more streamlined ways of job evaluation to establish and maintain job structures. Our 1-day course provides the ‘what-why-how’ for participants, where the IPE factors and process will be explained in detail as well as how IPE links to key HR decisions in the areas of organizational design and effectiveness, reward management and competencies.

On Target Performance Systems has developed an innovative and proactive approach to managing performance in the law enforcement field. With the primary purpose of improving organizational effectiveness, minimizing liability, and maximizing employee safety, our firm has developed a task-based system designed to continually improve employee performance and manage all aspects of the evaluation process. Generate and document detailed individual performance histories. Provide performance reports by task, position, employee, shift, supervisor, race, gender, etc. Automatically weight all tasks according to importance/criticality and frequency. Schedule, document, and track all training-related functions.
