Simple tool to Create reports forPublic Electricity Corporation of Grecce. This tool must be usefull for Municipalities. The tool can read files from P.E.C change fees factors and year of construction and save as proper files for submit to P.E.C.
Version 2.5 includes paches for all subareas for municipality (period 2013-2014).
Version 4.0 has many improvements, such as simplification of user interface, caching the file changes, massive searches and mass data changes, create changes registry etc.
