Ruler is a lightweight tool for Windows. It allows you to measure the size and distance between elements on the screen in pixels.

It's good thanks. Please add: 1. ability to rotate ruler 2. multiple simultaneous rulers 3. live update of values when you hover the mouse over the ruler 4. more flexibility in units (cm, inch, ...)
