RefreshOS 2.5 Hybrid ISO Notice ------------------------------- This is a hybrid version of the RefreshOS 2.5 ISO. There is NO difference in content between this and the original refreshos_2-5_amd64.iso. Both contain the exact same version of RefreshOS 2.5. The only difference is in format: this ISO has been converted to a HYBRID ISO, which increases compatibility with USB flashing tools. Why a hybrid ISO? Some users reported issues writing the original ISO to USB drives using tools like Balena Etcher, Rufus, and others. The hybrid format resolves these issues while keeping the system itself unchanged. What tool should I use? We recommend using Ventoy, which is an official testing tool used during the development of RefreshOS. However, this hybrid ISO should also work with Balena Etcher, Rufus, dd, and other popular flashing tools. Note: The hybrid ISO is now the default download on our Download page.
