'Picture Generator' is a console (command-prompt) desktop application developed using python 3.6.8 and other add-on libaries.

The experimental application uses OpenAI api from OpenAI account to create pictures on a PC Apps.

User is prompt to save the API Key when app starts-up
(a one-time process, the api key is saved in api-key json file for later use).

'Generated pictures' are saved 'Gen Pics' folder in the same app folder.

Compatible only for windows OS.
