Notes
Windows [installer]
This version depends on Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. Installer does not install it automatically (for now, but maybe this will done later). It must be installed manually before running (or installing) this program. Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 installation must be done only once.
Linux
Sounds playback capability depends on installed gstreamer-0.10 plugins/codecs.
