cube-get is a terminal portable package manager which enables users without internet connection to download applications using another computer with internet connection ( Linux or Windows ), and install them back to their original computer, offline.

It is created in hope that it will become useful to those Linux users without internet connection but still wants to have Linux applications and updates.
