This is a keyboard (layout) that you can install in Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10. The layout is closer to the classic Bamini keyboard layout for Tamil typing.
To install: Execute setup.exe and follow instructions.
To use/ enable: Go to control panel -> Language -> Click on 'Add a Language' to add Tamil (Sri Lanka) -> Once language is added, click on 'options' for this language -> Click on 'Add an input method' and follow instructions -> Once the keyboard 'Tamil - Bamini keyboard' is installed, you should find it available in the list of keyboards shown in system tray or in the windows language toolbar. (Follow common Windows help material/ instructions found online to get the toolbar activated if not available by default).
