Read Me

    * Bug: posix: io.netty.util.internal.logging.*  ClassNotFoundException when executing runConsole.sh
    * Change: shadow netty traces during intializion of a netty connection when wrapper.debug=true

Note: releases 13.16 and 13.17 are buggy and should not be used.
	
Note: the next major release (14.0) will include the following BREAKING CHANGES:

    * Support only JDK11+. Reason: Current groovy version does not run on JDK 22+, Groovy 5 requires JDK11+
