#13 Source code for 2.1.3 is missing

Please, commit the source code for 2.1.3 version and tag it!

+1 ! This is impossible to map the release 2.1.3 back to the source version, which is required when redistributing the code from -say- Debian.

2.1.3 corresponds to the latest version in SVN repo.

I have tried to add some tag now, but I haven't used SVN for ages.

Please let me know if something more is needed.
