[Winmerge-support] Diff of UTF-8 encoded files

Hi,
 
I have 2 xml files encoded with UTF-8. There are bunch of cyrillic letters
in them. WinMerge creates diff for them just fine, but cyrillic letters
displayed unreadable. How can I make WinMerge to show cyrillic letters?
