Additions in version 4.6:

• A tab bar was added, with tabs corresponding to the open pictures.
• Single instance: once TeXCAD is running, opening new pictures from Windows Explorer will make them appear in that instance, with a new tab.
• Thick lines are displayed thick.
• Some display glitches were fixed.

Further dust removal...
Mouse wheel support was programmed but inactive. Was it ever active before? It is not clear.
Anyway, now, it works - on Windows 10 and probably other Windows versions.
Like in every other app, the mouse wheel movements translate into vertical page scroll movements, and Ctrl Key + mouse wheel do zoom in / out as expected.

Just removing some dust on this project...
The latest change is purely cosmetic, but useful: buttons are better visible in today's very-hi-res screens.
