#176 r6999 CSL-Reduce compilation fails on macOS

Hi Arthur,
compiling native r6999 fails on my M1 MacBook Air (macOS Sequoia 15.3.1, MacPorts). Compiling native r6999 on my X86_64 MacBook Pro (macOS Big Sur 11.7.10, MacPorts) is OK, but compiling the universal version fails. The problem arises while compiling 'jit.cpp'.

The last version which I was able to compile without problem is r6991.
