  Psicrystal given base attributes of 10 (DATA-3902)
Psicrystal also gets Stealth and Perception and Class Skills and is given 1 rank in each if the master has 0 in either.  This is as equivalent to it receiving 4 ranks in both skills (per Ultimate Psionics RAW) as we can get it while still observing Pathfinder's rule that a creature's skill ranks are capped by its number of hit dice.
