#59 Support Unicode and Wildcard

I hope 2 features can be added on the next release:

1. Support Unicode characters.

2. Support wildcard, like C:\optipng.exe -o2 D:*.png. (The version 0.7.6 can do this but 0.7.7 removed it.)
