The good folks at Retrosheet <http://www.retrosheet.org> have released the 2006 event files and a new version of BEVENT.EXE. They have also updated the event files for other years. Still no event files for 1999.

I have generated new csv files from the event files as the retrosheet-csv-20070101 release.
