Bugs:
- There are missing the first two slashes of absoulte path in    =
installer/config_global_paths.php
- .htaccess was not written by installer
- hostname beeing displayed in navigation
- New users beeing created as admin or member don't dhave any rights=20
   because nearly everything requires anonymous privileges. Solution:
   - Users of admin group should be automatically be a group member of =
members and anonymous,too
   - Members should be automatically group members of anonymous.
- Make short name editable in communities/admin/edit.php
- When clicking on Clipboard in BXE, the popup does not open
- Some access problem on members/item.php

ToDo:
- Include Auth and Auth_HTTP Modules in bundled PEAR distribution
- Verify all DSNs in UB config file
- Make Roland beeing the newletter admin of topic
- Import publications of Lehrstuhl Schmid
- Install Saxon and DocBook XSL Files to UB Server
- Install ODP catalogue
- Make DDO-Redirect use dual slashes
- Write install docs for current version

SomeThings I don't really remember: ;)
- Remove New User from member/
