mtag (Music Tagger) is a command line id3v1~v2.4 and ogg/flac tag editor.
With mtag, you can
. list/add/modifiy/delete almost all fields of id3v1~v2.4 and ogg tags.
(including id3 picture frame, lyrics, composer, publisher ...)
. rename paths of music files with their tag infos
. set tag infos of music files with their file/dir name patterns
mtag uses both of TagLib (ID3v2.4) and ID3Lib (ID3v2.3), so existing versions
