[Ming-dev] Ming 0.4.7 released + libming.org wiki update

Two weeks ago, the day after 0.4.6 release, we also released 0.4.7.

Changes from 0.4.6:

    * Restore support for giflib 4.1.x

I've just tried to create an account on www.libming.org to update
pages but got "Unknown action newaccount.".
Anyone able to fix it and/or update info himself?
