#45 MacOS release

Hello team!

The modern way to install on MacOS is via a DMG file.
Klavaro on MacOS is currently on brew and some don't trust package managers written in Ruby.

I am proposing to create a release of Klavaro version 3.13 for MacOS.

Nice initiative, you are very welcome!
I don't have any experience with Mac, can you create such DMG file?
Does it make sense to maintain that file in Klavaro's source distribution?

I have little totally free time.
I do not have much experience with bundling dependencies.
This file is a build artifact and we put it in Releases.
I’ll try when I’m fine.
