Since few days I can't open my KeePass file anymore (kdb). I use Version 1.43 . Additionally I have a Key File. I get each time the error code 0x0000000D. According to my understanding I have not changed anything. Is there a possibility to repair the file?

The error suggest the file you are attempting to open is not a KeePass file. Check that you are opening the correct file.
The only way to recover file that is not what you expect is to restore from backup.
Do you have a copy somewhere?
