GPX Editor / News: Recent posts

1. Google Maps works again (it needs IE9 or later installed)
2. Added a few request made on the GPSPassion forum
3. Updated some translations

Replaced Internet Explorer Google map visualaisation with Chromium, which needs some addition files.

Hopefully the bottom pane zoom works now. The two small arrow in the bottom pane are also functional now.
