Initial Comment:
Initial +D/DISCiPLE support.  The UI changes need
improving.  There are also quite a few missing features
(including printer, joystick and network support).

This splits the emulation into three components: disk
emulation (hopefully this can be replaced with libdsk),
WD1770 controller emulation and the +D/DISCiPLE emulation.

I will also be submitting a patch to use the WD1770
code for BetaDisk emulation.

I notice that a relative of this patch is in EightyOne, is there anything
that needs to be done before we use it for Fuse? Ideally, I'd like to see
this WD1770 FDC simulation used for Pentagon and Scorpion too to include
this.
