Initial Comment:
When the setting "Use ClearCase user interface (cleardlg executable)" is set, an error message appears after each command that uses a ClearCase dialog. For example check-in, check-out, etc.

It seems that the operation has succeeded, but the error dialog reports:

Execution of cleardlg /checkout failed (Process returned: -1)!
