All the menu options are greyed out except Refresh state and apply patch. Checking the properties of the folder shows it maps to a "real" native folder which is under clearcase control. What version of the plugin are you using? Is the folder within clearcase vob? If yes can you please describe what you input. Is the 'link to folder in the file system' a clearcase element?
