0.1.6 Finally Released!

0.1.6, the last Alpha release for cleannap is here. It has passed my testing and should be relatively stable. This release marks the beginning of our full shift to using Standard C++ (with STL). It also marks the beginning of cleannap coming to be a useable alternative to OpenNap. Submit any bug reports to the forums. Thanks!

Did I forget something?

I suppose there's at least one person out there wondering why I haven't updated in forever. I got a bit caught up with summer school, Ragnarok Online, and other things and let cleannap slack behind. Sorry about that. Progress should once again pick up around here.

cleannap 0.1.5 released

cleannap 0.1.5 is out, and its very stable. In this version, there have been numberous bugfixes and performance boosts. Also with this release, no more lag! Max lag time is now configurable through the introduction of priority queues and a new messag handling system. Of all the releases so far, this is definately worth getting.

cleannap 0.1.3 Released!

cleannap 0.1.3 Alpha has been released. The new version includes a total rework of the structure of the program to allow modules more access to cleannap's inner functions. A great deal of testing has been done, and huge numbers of bugs have been fixed. This version is somewhat stable and has been running on a server of mine with 250+ users for several days now. Its still a long shot from being done, but its a big step in that direction. Release notes and changelog are available from 0.1.3's info page -- http://cleannap.sourceforge.net/releases.php?package=cleannap&version=0.1.3

cleannap 0.0.48 Released

0.0.48, cleannap's last pre-alpha release, is now available. It adds nearly all of the Napster protocol commands that were missing in 0.0.47. Muzzling, ignoring, and many psuedo user command, among other things, are still unimplemented. These will be added into the next release 0.1.0.

Almost ready

I have cleannap's source to the point where I can release it at this point. I have never been able to get SF's CVS to work, so I will be releasing the source as zipped packages. The website should be up soon (when I get time to work on it). Things should start picking up here shortly.

Release Status

The first pre-alpha release will be made available within the next several weeks. The message queuing system needs to be finished before a compilable set of code can be distributed.
