you could try commenting out the line calling the missing module, but
this might cause problems down the road. I can't imagine why that module
is missing, it's installed by default on our fedora servers. The other
option is to re-install Apache I suppose, but this could be messy. You
could try running:

yum update httpd

And this might get the missing files for you. Also, in the future, it is
a good idea to make a backup of any conf files prior to editing, in case
something goes horribly wrong.
