Bug fixes:
1. Printing: Solved an issue that, under certain conditions, multiple-page prints could lead to a blank page printout.
2. Files saved to database: if the name of the file was renamed by the user to contain unsupported characters by the system OS, this would lead to an error when opening the file from the database.
3. Advanced overview: Non-responding user column customization view (non-English versions most affected).

CGS MedRec version 2

This information might be useful for anyone using or considering using CGS MedRec and is curious about the features in development that may be available in new versions to come in the near future.

The aim:
1. CGS MedRec 2 will be adapted to comply with the Microsoft "Universal Windows Application" standard. This will enable CGS MedRec 2 to run in Windows desktop as well as mobile devices such as Windows Phone. Bug fixes:
1. Fixed: Date/time would not always display correctly, specially in 12 hour clock countries.

Application changes/improvements:
1. Physicians screen: Adding new physicians with the same name is now possible, as long as they are from different medical institutes;
2. The reports 'Current medicine use' and 'Medicine use history' were adapted to display calculated prescription durations.

Bug fixes:
1. Fixed: Data export - An occurrence of a system delimiter in the text would lead to a field break during import.

New features:
1. Data import function (from CSV files).

Application changes/improvements:
1. Date/time are now displayed as per system settings;
2. Check for update - Error's during auto-update check will no longer be displayed (only if used manually from the about screen);
3. Entry Screen - Added multiple-file support function for import, save and deletion of attached files of an entry;
4. Entry Screen - Added multiple-record support function for deletion of attached medicine and point of time records of an entry;
5. Entry Screen - Image files will no longer open with a single click from the main entry pane. However, this feature is still preserved for image files opened from the left lower pane;
6. Overview/print screen - A medicine selection can now be made while printing a medicine use history overview;
7. Overview/print screen - A date range selection can be made while printing physician history;
8. Physicians screen - Import/export selected physicians from/to VCF files;
9. Physicians screen - Added multiple-selection support.

Bugs fixed:
1. In "Point in time/Advanced view": Some points would disappear when a custom date range would be set and the user would then enable/disable show "point label as value".
2. Very small interface adaptations (no more white space on 1st column before user name in manage persons screen).

New features:
1. In "Point in time/Advanced view": Cursor tracker and data-point highlight on mouse-over.
2. Introduced auto-check for update feature.
3. NoAdmin version of install-program made available.
4. CGS MedRec can now also be downloaded as ZIP file for portable devices.... read more
