You definitely want to get 3.0. On the front end (among other things) it removes possible math errors, improves validity checking on account settings, and has cleaner output. On the back end, Budse was completely rewritten. As usual moving towards a GUI.
Make sure to read the README as a migration is necessary.
And there you have it folks, the first binary. Incidentally it's a Windows exe. Anyone is (as expected) free to get the script itself and use it with the Python 2.6 interpreter. You will just need:
1) Python 2.6 interpreter
2) SQLite
And that's it!
Anyways please, as usual let me know of any bugs. Perhaps I'll even start to flesh out the SF bug tracking system for this project.
Just got this projected accepted to Sourceforge. When I iron out the bugs to the command line version that I'm using, I'll make sure to put that here.
