Since this is an alpha release (work in progress), you will have to do a few things manually,
Later I plan on creating (another) install page that will help with this.

I N S T A L L A T I O N I N S T R U C T I O N S

FIRST create a subfolder off your www/htdocs called mcserver, The copy all the contents of mserver.dist folder to it.
You should have a folder structure that looks like:

www/
    [webpages and folders]
www/mcserver
    [minecraft server here]
    [mcserver.dist contents]

or

www/blaze [or some cool site sub folder]
www/blaze/mcserver

Now either run the minecrat_server.jar to create a fresh minecraft server, or copy your server to this folder - If you have a batchfile with a similar name, make sure you rename it or back it up somewhere.

1. Open STARTSERVER.BAT in the mcserver folder
   a. Drive of the server
   b. full path, including trailing "\" to the mcserver
   c. Edit the startup parameters of your server. DO NOT CHANGE the "BLAZEMCPANEL"
2. Open CONFIG.INI in the web server (rename config.ini.dist -> config.ini)
   a. This file is pretty self-eplanitory
   b. REQUIRED: Change ROOT_DIR
   c. REQUIRED: MC_PORT (minecraft server port)
   d. REQUIRED: USERNAME/PASSWORD - used to login to BLAZE
   e. REQYUREDl WEB_PORT. Do not use 80 or 8080. This is private utility for you, 80 will just
   make it open for public... not a good idea. Don't forget to port forward whatever you use!
   f. There is a point where you should not edit. YOu can, but only if you know how the source code works.
3. Open BACKUP.BAT and edit the top half. Self-Explanitory.

Note there are dist files of the same name. For the time being, disregard those. With the prototype I created a install.php to help with the istallation, I left them there as I will be makeing and install file again in the future. Or you guys can.
