1.12b version of Best Top List released with fixed install script bug.

There is two new features. "Rate site" and "Sort by" functions. In this version you can see stats from admin panel.

New feature (thx for feature request) ... you (& visitors) can now view stats. There is no link in admin menu (sorry, i forgot :() so if you wanna see stats you must point your browser to admin.php?pass=your_pass&akcja=viewstats ... This is first version of this function so please submit bugs etc.

With new function: menu editor in admin panel. Fixed style editor, now you can edit whole style, including table header, body etc.

New very useful function. You can now from admin panel create styles! :) With one easy form. There is beta release of this function, table body, header & font color doesn't works yet but in 1.10 will be available.

We release new version of Top List with new admin function. Banning IP with 3 levels.
