[Assp-user] RBL checks do not seem to be working

RBL lookups don't seem to be working, I'm finding no messages getting blocked for RBL failure and some spam is getting through coming from IPs that are on many RBLs. Is there any way to check into this further?

I am able to do the RBL lookup manually from the command line using nslookup so I don't think it's a connectivity/dns issue. I disabled the RBL cache just as a test to see if maybe the cache is having an issue.
