I have now been able to have some downtime and still get the same
error when on ASSP version 2.5.3(16318)

We are running latest (2.5.3 16294) assp on windows with 
perl 5.20

The problem is, when resending a blocked mail after the head tag of
ASSP is added the file won't linebreak corretly resulting in a "null"
corrupted respons.
If I view the source of the email the code is there and I can
interpret the email, but since the linebreak is broken the clients
can't view it for the users.

I have this in "moduleLoadErrors.txt" and I think it's the problem.
