In the Startup Apps tab, you can view the applications the system launches at boot time and set up new startup apps. This is especially handy if you work with different distributions: You do not always need to think about where you need to set up applications that run at boot time on the respective systems, and you can also tell Stacer to lock an application for the next start as a test, without having to plumb the depths of the Control Panel. This is where you can remove unnecessary log or cache files and empty the trash can on your system. Denise is a cycle accurate and platform independant C64 / Amiga 500/1000 emulator. My motivation for this project is understanding how it works and write clean and easy readable code. RetroArch SLANG shaders are supported by Denise. Features already known from the C64 emulation, such as runAhead, savestates, drive sounds, PAL encoding, dynamic rate control, G-Sync/FreeSync, Warp, just in time polling are also available for the Amiga. A network tool to control the bandwidth over your local network, it can block internet access from any selected device, or limit its speed using packet redirection, in addition, it can log web activity for the targeted device using a built-in packet sniffer. Bandwidth limitation for better distribution of internet speed across devices, both upload and download speeds can be controlled for each device separately. A Packet Sniffer that is intended to log addresses that each device on the network visits with the ability to decode Http headers for HTTP packets and resolve domains for HTTPS packets, also the packet direction can be chosen in order to capture requests only or requests and responses. -

Run Android Apps in Chrome OS OR Chrome in OS X, Linux and Windows
Make sure Android applications are compatible with your Chromebook, first try to install an official application. Download an official app, such as Evernote, from the Chrome Web Store. Then download an open source game, like 2048.APK Game by Uberspot and load it as an unpacked extension. Go to chrome://apps and launch it there, ignore warnings. Install a sample Android app from the Chrome Store to get the runtime. Test out that app, make sure it runs on your hardware. Ubuntu might need sudo apt-get install lib32stdc++6. Install Node.js and install the tool (might need a sudo prefix). With Chrome 38+ you can now side load as many applications as you want. If you have older apps that were created using chromeos-apk tool then re-convert them or remove the "key" option from manifest.json. -
