The General Mission Analysis Tool (GMAT) is an open-source tool for space mission design and navigation. GMAT is developed by a team of NASA, private industry, and public and private contributors. The GMAT development team is pleased to announce the release of GMAT version R2025a. The software combines deconvolution for detection, and variable length template matching approaches for screening out false positive events. Eventer also includes a machine learning-based approach allowing users to train a model to implement their ‘expert’ selection criteria across data sets without bias. Sharing models allows users to implement consistent analysis procedures. The software is coded in MATLAB, but has been compiled as standalone applications for Windows, Mac and Linux. ATLAS mPBPK is a MATLAb-based tool for modeling and Simulation of minimal Physiology Based Pharmacokinetic (mPBPK) models of small and large molecules. The tool enables the users to perform: i) PK data visualization, ii) simulation, iii) parameter optimization, and iv) local sensitivity analysis (SA) of mPBPK models in a simple and efficient manner.

Orbit Wizard is an educational open source tool developed in Matlab GUIDE for the design and visualization of geocentric orbits. The current version is in an early phase of development. Overhead Imagery Research Data Set (OIRDS) - an annotated data library & tools to aid in the development of computer vision algorithms

This MATLAB-based program enables analysis of AFM images. In particular, it allows the user to measure the volume of all distinguishable features in an image and to isolate and sort those particles. As the name implies, LAVA uses Lloyd's Algorithm, also known as k-means sorting, to identify a small set of volumes representative of the actual distribution of particle in the image. Although developed for determining feature volume, LAVA is also completely compatible with other types of image analysis, such as fluorescence intensity. Work is in progress to provide three-channel functionality, allowing comparison of relative intensity of red, green, and blue channels in multi-color images.
