The purpose of the current project is the development of a potentially open-source platform that would provide the capability to conduct virtual bioequivalence trial simulations. Ideally, this user-friendly platform will provide the user with many user-defined capabilities. Algorithm implementation for population pharmacokinetic analysis: The current project describes the marriage between PBPK modeling and population-based statistical analysis. The latter is necessary for parameter estimation when individual-level data is available. A critical aspect of this coupling is the implementation of an algorithm that would allow the performance of population-based statistical analysis. ...

    BioPPSy

    A biochemical property prediction system

Computationally predicts the pharmacokinetic properties of drug candidates using Quantitative Structure Property Relationships (QSPR) modelling. Assembles a set of tools and databases for predicting the physical properties of small molecules. The program models a given property's dependence on a collection of molecular and structural descriptors using a training set of molecules.

    PopED lite

    PopED lite

Simple, Fast, Intuitive optimal design software for preclin PKPD study

In order to maximise model based understanding of pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic (PKPD) studies, it is essential to choose sensible dosages and sampling times for experiments. PopED lite can help you improve your experimental design by algorithmically searching through possible experimental designs and suggesting the optimal experimental design. The algorithm is based on mathematically sound optimal design theory; however, PopED lite is made for users without any background in optimal design or mathematics. ...

    CardiacPBPK

User Interface (ui) application which implements PBPK models

...Modern model-based approaches can be useful in drug concentration-effect establishment, preceded by the estimation of active concentrations of drugs. With specifically cardiac safety and efficacy assessment in mind, we developed a mechanistic physiologically based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) model of the heart useful in assessment of the cardiac active drug fraction surrogate responsible for the clinically observed drug-related electrophysiological response in humans. The PBPK models were developed for a parent compound and its metabolite and include inter-subject variability. The models were written in R v.3.4.0. ...
